Rainbow Trust Children's Charity

The Rainbow Trust Children's Charity is a support organisation for the families of children with life-threatening and terminal illnesses based in Leatherhead, Surrey.[1]

Activities

The charity helps families by providing non-medical services, such as assistance with household chores,[2] sibling supervision,[2] and transportation to and from medical appointments,[3] aiming to maintain normal family life. It also offers bereavement support.[4]

The charity is able to provide support for about 1,000 families per year.[1]

History

The charity was founded in 1986 by Bernadette Cleary.[1]
